The "Army - SSI - 130th Infantry Division" refers to a phantom division created by the U.S. Army during World War II for deception operations, most notably Operation Fortitude. The 130th was a fictitious unit used to mislead German forces about the location of the D-Day invasion. Today, the name refers to the 2nd Battalion, 130th Infantry Regiment, a real Army National Guard unit with a separate history.
