The 25th Infantry Regiment, one of the original "Buffalo Soldier" regiments, has a history connected to Fort Sill, Oklahoma. While the 10th Cavalry Regiment is more prominently associated with building Fort Sill, the 25th Infantry also served there and played a significant role in the history of the American West and beyond.
